[EXCLUSIVE] Akon – Slapped With ANOTHER Suit Over ‘No Show’ at Rich Businessman’s Bday Bash
theJasmineBRAND.com, has exclusively learned that now the American Talent Agency filed a response to the lawsuit denying they did anything wrong in the deal. They claim they performed the duties they were obligated to do and that anything that happened isn’t their fault.
The agency then slapped Akon with a counter-suit in which they want the court to find him liable if Grove is awarded any money from the legal action. They state that, “all damages for each cause of action alleged in the complaint are a direct and/or proximate result of the failure on the part of Akon to fulfill its obligations pursuant to the Agreement”.
