[EXCLUSIVE] Singer Slaps Lady Gaga With Federal Court Appeal Over ‘Judas’
theJasmineBRAND.com has exclusively learned that Lady Gaga (real name Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta) is headed back to court over allegations she stole another artists music for her hit “Judas”, with the artist slapping the pop star with a federal court appeal case.
Gaga was sued by artist Rebecca Francescatti who accused her of stealing her 1999 track “Juda”, claiming the song 2011 song “Judas” was a knockoff and the songs were nearly identical. Gaga denied the allegations claiming she stole nothing from Francescatti.
