[EXCLUSIVE] Michael Jackson Estate Sues Auction Company, Demands Injunction Over MJ Memorabilia
The estate of Michael Jackson filed a federal lawsuit against a company who sells entertainment memorabilia named Premiere Props (PP) earlier this month, claiming they sold off photos of MJ they had no rights to and as a result they suffered financial damages, theJasmineBRAND.com is exclusively reporting.
The docs explain that during Jackson’s 1984 “Victory Tour” he hired photographer Sam Emerson to take pictures of his performances. MJ was to own the rights to all the pictures taken by Emerson.
