[VIDEO] Police Put Pregnant Woman in Illegal Chokehold

wrestling with her, gets her in a choke hold and then, after, she fights her way out of the choke hold. And then he enters her house without a warrant or permission from her, and then she comes out handcuffed.

Melee apparently broke out and her husband, Moses Miller, and his brother, John Miller, were also carried away in handcuffs. Her daughter saw the whole ordeal.

John was charged with harassment and obstruction of justice, Moses was charged with resisting arrest, and Rosan received a disorderly conduct charges. Reportedly, the officers that put her in an illegal chokehold were not reprimanded. The department promised to give top-to-bottom retraining. See the clip.
