[EXCLUSIVE] Gucci Mane – Judge Shuts Down His Request For 1 Year Credit For Time Served

Not so good for Gucci Mane (real name Radric Davis). theJasmineBRAND.com has exclusively learned that the 34-year-old rapper lost his battle to have a year shaved off his 39 months prison sentence, with a federal court judge ordering he will not get credit served.

This month, he was sentenced to 39 months in prison for possession of firearms, which was a crime due to him being a felon.
