The celebration continues for Beyoncé’s birthday celebration. Over the weekend, we spotted her and Jay Z in Portofino, Italy. We’re lovin’ Bey’s gold accessories and henna art. For the past week, The Carters and close family and friends have been spotted beaching, yachting and touring the town.
