OITNB Writer Dating Poussey Actress Samira Wiley, Finalizes Divorce With Husband

In the piece, she reveals that writing about the series’ main character Piper Chapman (Taylor Schilling) and her ex-girlfriend Alex Vause (Laura Prepon) helped her to understand her own sexuality. This realization came just months after marrying her then-husband.

According to US Weekly, Lauren and her ex jointly filed for divorce. Reportedly, Lauren and Samira are happily and love and were recently spotted hitting the Emmys together. The two have yet to comment on their relationship status.
