[VIDEO] Kandi Burruss & Todd Tucker: Talk Jail Bids, If Phaedra Should Divorce Apollo & Newbie Claudia Jordan
Kandi: No I didn’t tell her to get a divorce. I’m cool with Phaedra, but Todd is cool with Apollo. So this conversation gets heated sometimes.
The Breakfast Club: Apollo was doing some foul things with Kenya [Moore] and a lot of that stuff was a bit inappropriate.
Kandi: It’s a lot of stuff about that situation that you’re going to find out on that new season, so I can’t really tell you.
The Breakfast Club: He was smashing Kenya?
Kandi: I can’t, no, but it’s some things that will be surprising about that situation that’s going to come on the new season.
The Breakfast Club: If Todd had to go to jail for eight years—would you leave Todd?
Kandi: For me, if it were my husband, I wouldn’t leave him just because he was going to jail. If it was about the other stuff that was going on that would be different. If he was just doing me wrong all the time, I would be like ‘I don’t have time for this.’
The Breakfast Club: We’re hearing our friend Claudia Jordan is added to the show, are y’all cool?
Kandi: Yes we are. Let me say this, that damn Claudia Jordan [has a mouth on her]. When I tell you that girl be saying some things, I was like, ‘okay.’ She was letting some people have it this year.
The Breakfast Club: You and Nene clashed quite a bit—are there some things that you regret or she regrets that happened on the season?
Kandi: I think in the past, NeNe and I bumped heads for whatever reason. This year, we’ve been doing a lot better, so far because we’re still taping. In the past we bumped heads a lot and I don’t understand why, but for whatever reason—I don’t know, she was never a fan.
