Mystikal Alleged Rape Victim Claims He Forced Her To Pray w/ Him Before Assault Occurred: He Wanted To Rid Any Bad Spirits

More disturbing details have emerged in the ongoing rape case involving rapper Mystikal.

According to recent reports, the 52-year-old’s most recent alleged sexual assault victim has accused the rap star of forcing her to pray and dousing her with holy water prior to the assault. Mystikal, born Michael Lawrence Tyler, was arrested in July of this year and held on a rape charge. His arrest marks the third time the musician was detained on a rape charge in the past 20 years. Mystikal served a six year prison sentence back in 2004 for allegedly raping a hairstylist. He was accused of sexual assault again back in 2016 and was detained for 18 months before being released due to lack of evidence.

Reportedly, the unidentified victim told police the New Orleans rapper was high on drugs at the time of the attack. She added that Mystikal stated he wanted to rid her of “any bad spirits”, adding that he doused her with rubbing alcohol before “calling for a few Hail Mary’s”.

Following his arrest, Mystikal adamantly denied the allegations. The “Here I Go” artist was charged with first-degree rape, domestic abuse battery, strangulation and robbery. Following a search of his Louisiana home, the rapper was additionally charged with illegal possession of Xanax, possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

While the victim reported the assault was the result of Mystikal accusing her of stealing $100 from him, the musician refuted the claim. Lawyer’s for the No Limit artist stated the woman asked Mystikal for $1,000 and and stated she’d accuse him of rape if he refused. However reports state the woman was treated at the Baton Rouge General Hospital for injuries after the alleged attack.

If convicted, Mystikal is facing life in prison. He is currently being held at without bond at Ascension Parish Jail.
