R.Kelly’s tax woes doesn’t seem to be getting any better. The 47-year-old singer has been hit with new tax lien by the State of Illinois, theJasmineBRAND.com.

Kelly has a long history of tax troubles over the years. Back in 2012, Kelly was hit with 2 MASSIVE tax liens. The IRS first accused him of owing federal incomes taxes for the years 2005-2010 — for a total of $4,848,072.71 in unpaid
