[EXCLUSIVE] Russell Simmons Accused of Ripping Off Rick Ross’ Photographer, Sued For Damages & Injunction
The suit notes that Simmons’ website Global Grind has posted his image numerous times.
He says that he is aware that Simmons approves and publishes the articles on the website. Djerrahian explains that Simmons never got approval to use his work and he says his legal team reached out to the site to remove the photo but they have refused to comply.
The photographer is suing for no less than $50K and demanding an injunction against Simmons from using any of his photos in the future. We’ve reached out to Simmons’ reps so far, no response.
