[EXCLUSIVE] Gucci Mane Scores Legal Victory While Locked Up in Prison
theJasmineBRAND.com has exclusively learned Gucci Mane (real name Radric Davis) scored a legal victory in the legal battle accusing him of screwing over a concert promoter — all while being locked up in a federal prison.
The 34-year-old rapper was sued in Georgia Court by a company named Empire Entertainment back in August 2013. The company explained they had paid the rapper $22,500 to perform at a venue in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Empire Entertainment said that after the rapper signed the deal, they started to notice Gucci advertising another gig on social media that was on the same date of the Little Rock performance. They confronted the rapper but he told them that performance wasn’t happening.
