Such is the case for reality TV newbie, Countess Vaughn. During a new Hollywood Divas teaser, Countess and her actress BFF Shar Jackson, take a little visit to get a consultation for a little nip and tuck.

While the TV One cameras are rolling, the two have a light-hearted conversation about what procedures they may consider. The two even joke about having cosmetic surgery on their ‘hot pockets’.
