The Carters are enjoying their time off the road. On Tuesday (October 7th), we spotted Beyonce, Jay Z and Blue Ivy in Paris. Scarcely surrounded by a few photogs, the trio — along with the family’s body guard — visited The Louvre Museum. Just last week, there were reports that the Carters are looking to purchase a home in Paris.
