[EXCLUSIVE] LaToya Jackson Accused of Screwing Investor Out of $100K, Over Alleged Comeback Album
From 2007-2014, Fitzpatrick claims that Phillips informed him he would be paying him $150K, which was the $100k he invested and $50K from the profits made. However, he claims he has not received one cent from Jackson or Phillips despite numerous demands.
Fitzpatrick filed suit for fraud, explaining he doesn’t believe any of his investment went into producing the album and was rather used for other things.
The lawsuit accuses the two of fraud, breach of contract and willfully screwing him out of his &100k. He is suing for $100K plus punitive damages along with interest on his money.
