[EXCLUSIVE] Ex-American Idol Contestant Corey Clark Continues Battle Over Paula Abdul Affair Story
theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, American Idol contestant Corey Clark scored a legal victory in his legal battle against a television network who he claims ruined his good name by portraying him as a liar who made up his whole affair with Paula Abdul — with the judge resurrecting the $120 million lawsuit this month.
Back in June, the 34-year-old singer who became well-known as a contestant on the hit show, had his $120 million legal battle against E! Network dismissed by a federal court judge. Clark sued the network over an 2012 episode of E! True Hollywood Story focused on Paula Abdul. The judge stated in his order that Clark brought the legal battle six years to late.
