(EXCLUSIVE) Tamar Braxton Settling Lawsuit With Woman Accusing Her of Stealing Music
She claimed that she didn’t understand why she is being sued and that Kozulin had an agreement with Hunte NOT her. Braxton explained that,
Any purported losses or damages, if any, were proximately caused by the negligent, careless, reckless or intentional acts” of Hunte.
She demanded the legal battle be dismissed entirely.
Despite her claims that she didn’t steal any music from the songwriter, Braxton has reached a financial settlement with Kozulin. On October 23rd, the songwriter filed docs in the case stating that she has reached a settlement with Braxton and they will have it finalized very soon and then she will ask the court to dismiss the case.
