(EXCLUSIVE) Damon Dash’s Baby Mama Wants Potential $$ From His Lawsuit Against Lee Daniels

Dash has avoided paying any money on the judgement to Williams since March of this year.

Here is where it gets interesting — Dash recently filed a $25 million dollar lawsuit against “Precious” director Lee Daniels claiming to have invested millions into his films but never was paid back.

Then recently, Williams filed court docs stating that due to Dash not paying her any of the $50K, she cites a law that allows a creditor to be assigned all rights to money that could be won in a separate lawsuit.

She is demanding the court order that all claims and interest Dash has in the legal battle with Lee Daniels be assigned to her –meaning she not only wants her $50k but she wants the full $25 million if Dash wins his battle with the director.

The court has yet to rule on her motion.
