Woman Claims K.Michelle Copied Nude Photo Shoot For Album Artwork [Photos]
Is K.Michelle an artistic thief? That appears to be a claim being made by a woman in Florida.
Earlier today, an instagram user by the name of LadyyTatyana, made some pretty serious accusations of the singer. She alleges that K.Michelle copied her photos — that were shared on Instagram — and used a similar version for her Anybody Wanna Buy A Heart? album cover.
The woman posted a series of Instagram posts, writing.
It has been brought to my attention that @kmichellemusic copied my picture exactly from 4 months ago to promote her new album. Can someone with some type of legal background tell me if I can do anything from a legal standpoint?
In another post, she writes:
Are you kidding me? And she copied another one of my photos. @kmichellemusic or her photographer straight up copied my whole photoshoot! No originally AT ALL. I refuse to let her make money off of @monhandworks and myself ideas
She also alleges that since posting this info, she has since been blocked on Instagram by K.Michelle.
We’ve reached out to K.Michelle, so far we’ve received no comment.
