Iggy Azalea Calls Azealia Banks A Miserable, Poisonous Bigot
The beef between Iggy Azalea and Azealia Banks has heated up yet again. Another exchanged popped off, with the typical name-calling and finger pointing. What reignited the beef? This week, Banks did an interview with Hot 97, sharing her feelings about Iggy. And as expected, they were a bit on the critical side. Azealia says that she’s frustrated that some white rappers are trying to take over black culture:
That Macklemore album wasn’t better than the Drake record.That Iggy Azalea shit is not better than any f*cking black girl that’s rapping today.
She also insists that Iggy is attempting to copy Nicki Minaj:
Nicki Minaj over the past 2, 3, 4 years has done so much to create this social presence; like consciousness, and then here you go. She’s like Re-Up and Roman Reloaded, and here go f*cking Iggy like Reclassified. It’s like a cultural smudging was what I see.
Azealia also had choice words for Iggy’s mentor, T.I., whom she’s publicly beefed with before:
You out here trying to promote this white b*tch. They got your wife on VH1 and that bitch can’t f*cking read. You’re a f*cking shoe shinin’ coon. How dare you!

First of all iggy is incorrect.Azealia is making enough money for her.Shes not jealous of her.Her language was rough and harsh.But,I understood what she was saying.She felt that TI will step to her about what she said to iggy.But,he would let Vh1 exploit his wife ignorance.I can understand what she is saying there.
I think Azealia just needs to be quiet and focus on her music, and what she has going on. She makes more news spreading negativity about others. It’s sad.
No, it’s the media coverage of it, that makes her “negative” opinions always in the news. She isn’t always being “negative” about someone, or sharing her, sometimes offensive opinions of someone, or just straight up reading the hell out of someone. Every single thing she said was true. Thank the lord she said it too. It’s even given me enough strength to remember how beautiful I am as a black person and to stop allowing the offensive racist jokes and comments that I constantly receive at work go unnoticed, because I don’t want to rock the boat. why the hell should I and why have I? I am black and black is beautiful, people need to learn to respect us and stop judging us, or seeing us as a novelty, or as people love to refer to me at work “filling a quota”. If you want to appropriate black culture, don’t turn us in to some new age minstrel show, by imitating what you think being a black woman is, ‘Iggy’. Take a moment, just a second to read Azealia Banks’ Twitter and see how much of what she says is negative. Then you’ll see that you’re another person that has just eaten up the crap that the media has fed you. The only refreshing thing about Jasmine Brand’s article on this story, is that it does not brand Azealia as a monster or a horrible Person. The article covers the story in a very balanced way, simply by the use of good language. Also, for Iggy to call Azealia a ‘bigot’ and to essential say hip hop, is not political or about race and to top it off is trying to say she makes Azealia Banks relevant, is offensive as hell and ended up making her the bigot. Azealia Banks actually makes good music and Iggy has made a mainstream pop track that is being referred to as hip hop, (which is straight up insulting) she didn’t write none of her music, not one bit of her music, for every single track she has ever done, old to new, she did shit all. so please, who is the person that has talent. Azealia Banks doesn’t need anyone to make her relevant. she is relevant based on her talent alone.
