Ex-RHOA Star Sheree Whitfield Loses $136K Battle in Ex-Husband’s Bankruptcy Case

Last year, the trustee looking over the bankruptcy filed docs stating that Bob will be able to keep his Georgia home, firearms, hobby equipment, automobiles and other vehicles — due to them not having any value to the trustee. This is good news for the ex-NFL star who has already had 2 of his other homes sold off to pay off his $600K debt.

Then on January 12th, the trustee filed docs explaining the case is finished and he is done with all the issues. The amount brought in from the sale of Bob’s assets and property totaled $171,500.

According to the docs, Wells Fargo will not be paid anything from the $400K+ debt that Bob reportedly owed to them. The IRS and the Georgia Department of Revenue will be paid in full for the $38K+ debt he owed to them.

Sheree – who claimed Bob owed her a total of $136K+ in domestic support obligations – will be paid nothing from the $171K the estate generated from the sales of her ex’s assets.

FYI: back in 2012, Bob and Sheree worked out a deal in Georgia court where he had agreed to pay her $75K along with $1K a month in support for 12 months then back to the original monthly amount of $2,142 after the year.

The deal that they reportedly worked out in family court is most likely the reason Sheree didn’t receive any of her $136K claim in the bankruptcy. The trustee is requesting the judge close the bankruptcy and end it once and for all for the ex-NFL star. See the court docs.
