Sorority Sisters’ April McRae Tight Lipped About AKA Suspension, Respects VH1’s Decision to End the Show
All good things must come to an end, at least when it comes to VH1’s ‘Sorority Sisters‘, but according to April McRae, there’s no love lost.
In an interview with the Atlanta Journal Constitution, the cast member says she has no regrets joining the controversial non-scripted show, despite all backlash and controversy it received.
I’m not bitter. I’m not upset. I’m at peace.
As previously reported, Alpha Kappa Alpha reportedly suspended April, along with Rwanda Joy Hammond , for 18 months, after their appearance on the show. April will not divulge many details on her reported suspension, only stating:
