Sinbad Criticizes Iggy Azalea: ‘Don’t imitate us.’ Says Hollywood Never Liked Bill Cosby
boy…’Nah, he wouldn’t kill nobody’. When all I’ve seen, and I’m not even talking about in entertainment. I’m talking about $20 million to Spelman, paying for people’s education… Being with him and all that I’ve seen, this is so hard for me to take in. This is not the man I know. Like I said, we don’t really ever know anybody and then when I hear some of the stories, some ring and some don’t ring right. One woman said it went on for four years. How many drinks did you take over a four year period for you to realize maybe I shouldn’t drink? And now it’s over 25. Numbers don’t mean nothing to me because anyone can jump in right now. Anyone can jump in. It’s like piling on in football. You didn’t make the original tackle, you the guy on top of the tackle. So I’m still waiting. I’m still waiting on the thing like…there it is. And I haven’t had that moment yet.
Now they got some new woman who said it happened recently in 2008. Which means he was 76 years old. You mean to tell me that you was at the Playboy mansion and this man was 76 years old and…I’m trying. Then I saw a picture and I ain’t trying to put nobody down but, ok. I’m waiting to see how this one turns out. We know anything can happen in life but for Mr. Cosby, you are gonna have to show me. Oswald Patton, he said everybody knew. It was a joke among us comedians. Really? Cause I didn’t know. Then if you knew, then why didn’t you say nothing? See everybody is coming forward now, “oh I always knew.” Then I have less respect for you if you always knew and didn’t say nothing.
DJ Envy: You think he (Cosby) is making the right decision by saying nothing?
Sinbad: I don’t know because I don’t know what I would do.
On his issue with Iggy Azalea:
Sinbad: First of all, you can’t do R&B or soul unless you come from Britain. We can’t do our own music now. Y’all got this fight with Iggy Azalea. Y’all got this fight with Mackelmore. But didn’t y’all see this coming? I called this 10 years ago. They want to imitate us. They don’t want to be us. I don’t mind you being true to the game. Like… Eminem was always who he was. I hate when you have to change your voice because I heard Iggy at the People’s Choice Awards, (in a British accent) “I want to thank everyone…” Then when she raps (in an American accent) “I’m so fancy…” I say, whoa, you got two people inside you? I say be who you are. Don’t imitate us. If this music turns you on, if our style turns you on and you are true to it, I don’t have a problem with it. But when you can make more money than us, doing us, and its not real, I have an issue.
Sheesh, Sinbad. Tell us how you really feel. Cue T.I. in three, two, one…

Another man who doesn’t give a good goddamn about women. They are liars and gold diggers. Everyone’s got a team. Sinbad is on the straight black man’s team. Of course he’s going to defend his team. It’s offensive, boring and predictable. No time for him.
