(EXCLUSIVE) Miami Heat Star Mario Chalmers Loses Legal Battle to Lower $10K a Month Child Support
theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, NBA star Mario Chalmers has reportedly lost his legal battle to lower his $10K a month child support payments to his baby mama, with an appeals court throwing out his case.
Back in November 2013, the 28-year-old point guard was reprimanded by a Florida judge in his child custody and support battle with his baby mama Brittany Burrough.
The two had been battling for over a year in Miami court with Brittany attempting to have her $2,500 a month child support increased due to the NBA star receiving more income since the original agreement had been signed. Mario had reportedly been fighting to keep the amount the same.
