(EXCLUSIVE) 112 Member Slim Blows Off Court Order, Bankruptcy Dismissed Leaving Him on The Hook for $540K Debt
Slim says that he is self employed and an entertainer. He reportedly also claims that he currently brings in ZERO dollars a month from his work but does make $5k a month in interest/dividends and around $600 a month from music royalties, but his monthly expenses total $4,350 which leaves him only with $1,250 a month which doesn’t allow him to pay off his debts. He also pays out $2,521 a month in child support for his three children.
Then on February 13th, the trustee presiding over the case filed docs demanding the bankruptcy be dismissed and Slim not have his debt discharged. The trustee explained that Slim has failed to make the payments to his creditors that he agreed to with his repayment plan, failed to provide tax documents, failed to amend his bankruptcy documents showing his assets and debts and various other requirements.
The federal court judge came back on the 17th, and dismissed the entire case leaving Slim to have to fight off his creditors and deal with his $540k debt on his own without the help of bankruptcy.
