(EXCLUSIVE) Ariana Grande Screwed Out of Millions Due to Counterfeiters, Company Files Federal Lawsuit Demanding Injunction
Bravado explains that Ariana will be performing on March 3rd at the Allstate Arena in Illinois. The docs state that they are aware that people will be selling knock off merchandise around the venue on the concert dates.
They state that the products look similar but are cheaply made knock offs, but they still confuse consumers and ruin Ariana’s reputation with their loyal fans, along with steal substantial amounts of cash from the pop star. The company says Ariana sells tons of merchandise at her concerts and brings in a ton of money from her fans buying her products.
Bravado is seeking — on behalf of Ariana — a court injunction against any person selling fake merchandise and also a order allowing local law enforcement to seize all the knock off items to be seized and destroyed. See the exclusive court docs.
