(EXCLUSIVE) Singer Lloyd – Concert Promoter Accuses Singer of Refusing to Pay Up $19K
theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Lloyd is in a legal tussel with a concert promoter, who has accused the singer of owing him $19k — and now the company is coming after the singer’s assets and bank accounts in an attempt to collect on their money.
Back in 2013, Lloyd was hit with a $19,601.13 judgement in a legal battle filed by MM&A productions. The company – which specializes in concert and event promotion – sued the singer in an Arizona court. Lloyd never appeared in court and the judge granted a default judgement in the full amount MM&A requested.
Then late last year, the company headed to Georgia Court in an attempt to collect on the money. They explained that Lloyd has failed to pay up on the $19k and they demanded the court help them collect on the cash.
