An awkward encounter was caught on video, spurring the ongoing conversation on whether celebrity children should be off limits.

This week, Tina Knowles confronted a photographer after she caught him snapping photos of her famous grand-daughter, Blue Ivy Carter.

As you know, Blue is the daughter of mega stars Beyonce and Jay Z. And while Beyonce is rarely vocal about photogs snapping flix of her daughter, our guess is at times it can be a bit on the annoying side.

Anywho, while Beyonce and Blue dined at a popular LA restaurant, Tina stepped outside to confront a photographer whom had been taking photos of the trio.
