Sundy Carter Files Police Report 2 Years Later, Against Draya Michele & Malaysia Pargo
However, Sundy may have some issues with the police report. We hear the statue of limitations is one year and the incident in question took place almost two years ago.
Why did Sundy wait so long to file? She says that she didn’t realize that she had permanent eye damage until 6 months ago. In fact, she says that she now has to wear glasses and her vision is blurred.
Reportedly, Sundy is scheduled to appear on “Icons with Ken Collis”, April 1st and will tell her version of the reality TV brawl.

I remember this fight. I’m not condoning fighting but Sundy kept taunting Draya. Then Draya snapped and Sundy ended up with a black eye. But afterwards Sundy kept saying Draya never hit me, Malaysia elbowed me. I guess she didn’t want to admit until now that lil ol’ Draya got them hands lol.
