Love & Hip Hop Hollywood’s Hazel-E is addressing reports that she’s been abusing and using drugs. The reality star — who dates comedian Katt Williams — had been hospitalized for dehydration. Posting a photo from her hospital bed, she wrote:

But when news hit that she had not only OD’ed and was jobless, Hazel hopped on Instagram, writing:

#DrugOverdose ??? No job??? Damn if you look at my last few months, I’ve been shooting
