August Alsina has been privately battling a health issue that very little of his fans have been aware of.The 22-year-old singer is blind in one eye and is currently having issues seeing clearly out of his other eye. Alsina — who was hospitalized earlier this year after collapsing on stage — is currently undergoing surgery to help his vision.

He shared the news on Instagram, along with a photo of him gettin the procedure done, writing:
