theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, NFL legend Emmitt Smith has reached a settlement in the $50K legal battle accusing him of defrauding a company out of money and the lawsuit filed against him has been dismissed per the confidential deal he hashed out.

A company named Redi-Mix filed suit against the former NFL’er and his company EJ Smith Supply Company, accusing him screwing them out of nearly $50K.

Smith is the CEO of Emmitt Smith Enterprises, which is a umbrella for several construction divisions that work on everything from highway construction to commercial real estate.
