5 Lessons Tyga’s Alleged Transgender Fiasco Taught Us [Editorial]
Once the story hit, the rapper was swift to deny he ever sent those pictures to Mia Isabella. He does admit sending the pictures to someone but promises it wasn’t Mia and his legal team believes he was either hacked or who ever he sent the picture to did it to be malicious. They are currently using the assistance of the FBI to track down the whoever “leaked” the pics.
His attorney, Lee Hutton told lovebscott.com:
I have contacted the FBI and begun the process of filing a criminal complaint against the individuals that continue to spread malicious lies and harass my client and his family. Many social media sites and journalists have expressed disgust over the salacious false accusations and have aided in our fight against cyber-bullying and online harassment by individuals that post under the cowardly disguise of anonymity.
We are living in a culture of digital cruelty that no one is immune to and I will continue to secure my client’s reputation.
While all this is going on, everyone was waiting to hear from the alleged women in all of this, Mia Isabella. Late Tuesday night, she issued a statement about love equality to VH1.
It’s very sad that the idea of a man loving a trans person has to be considered a scandal when all people are equal — love always wins doesn’t it? I live in a world in my mind where everything is a fairy tale of love. Saddening to see small-minded thoughts travel so quickly like wildfire not knowing if its true or not. It’s like wave crashing over me washing over me to see masses of humanity rise with pitch forks blindly following. Are we not all equal? Am I not an American with the right to love and live as I choose with whoever I choose? If a celebrated man loves a transgender woman or possibly did that’s news? It shouldn’t be news it should be normal for anyone and everyone to be allowed to love who they choose. This person is not the man that I love but I have loved a few incredible and celebrated men in my life. I live my live in the open courageous and brave in my truth. I’ve been blessed to live in a time where my freedom has allowed me to create the woman I am today in my own image. If only everyone could be so brave. Unconditional love is godlike spreading hate simply a set back for humanity itself.
However she neither confirmed or denied they dated.
