Tami Roman On Returning to BBWLA: ‘LA Struggles Sometimes in the Ratings’
How she got on Basketball Wives LA:
Shaunie [O’Neal] called me. The truth is Miami has been the favorite in terms of the installment of basketball wives. LA struggles sometimes in the ratings and Shaunie was like “I’m in LA, you’re in LA a lot of the times, let’s make an appearance on it.”
I’m going to be honest. I’m not going to say we’re friends because I don’t use that term lightly. I know Jackie, I’ve been in the same circle as her, I’ve been out at clubs [with] Malaysia. I wouldn’t say we’re friends but I would say we’ve gotten closer since the taping.
On whether she will have her own show:
We’ve been working on that for two years now. Each time it doesn’t seem like the right time for me. If I decide to let the whole world in with this whole baby having situation with me and Reggie than maybe so.
