Update #2. Unfortunately, the plot has thickened. According to Baller Alert, Arenas is heading to court, in order to evict Laura from his home, giving her 60 days to vacate the premises. The site also reports that the former NBA baller has a new child and it’s not with Laura. Allegedly, he has a newborn daughter with Lindsay Faulk, ex-wife of NFL Baller Marshall Faulk. The site reports:

According to the docs, Gilbert pays for the home and all of the related expenses including the mortgage, property taxes and insurance — totaling to $16,000. Gilbert has been ordered by the court to continue paying, but it’s not specified in the court order who keeps the home, so Gilbert is making the executive decision. Gilbert wishes to return to the home and with that said, Laura has to go. He’s giving her 60 days to voluntarily do so or he will ask the court for an eviction notice. If Laura complies, Gilbert will help Laura move and put down the first and last month and security deposit on a new home. Gilbert has also asked Laura to return the Escalade he pays for and use her child support payments to get her own.
