He’s 100 pounds lighter and he’s loving his new body!
EJ Johnson (23), the famous son of Cookie and Magic Johnson has spoken in the past quite openly about his weight loss journey. The 6-foot-3 reality star, who is a cast member on E!’s Rich Kids of Beverly Hills, underwent gastric sleeve surgery last summer, losing over 100 pounds. In an interview with Page Six, he shares:
It’s a totally new mindset — I’m completely dedicated to living a new, healthy lifestyle. It’s given me a whole new view on life.
So exactly is he keeping the weight off? EJ says he now works out and eats healthy food “regimens”.
I really think it’s important that you not listen to so many fads; you really need to find what works for you.
