33-year-old NBA baller Dwyane Wade (of the Miami Heat) has snagged the cover of Ocean Drive magazine. In the issue, he chats about his family, career and recent spread in Esquire magazine. Wade, who has signed a twenty million one year contract with the Miami Heat, has not only made headlines for his skills as a shooting guard, but also his fashion.

Over the past few years, he’s made headlines (both positive and negative) in the media for pushing the fashion envelope.

Wade’s spread and attire in Esquire (see the Instagram post above), led to some public criticism.

I’m glad I’m not that guy who cares about people’s reactions.

On pushing the envelope with his choice of fashion he explains:
