Kelis FINALLY Opens Up About Pregnancy, Says Her 6-Year-Old Son Wants A Little Brother: He’s over the moon! [Ovary Hustlin’]

She’s clearly pregnant, but Kelis (real name Kelis Rogers) has discussed very little about her adorable growing baby bump — until now. In a recent interview with People, the “Milkshake” singer chats about expecting her second child, while promoting her new cookbook, My Life on a Plate.

The 36-year-old singer is nearly ready to pop, confirming that she’s eight months pregnant and is due in November.

As most of you know, Kelis’ first child, 6-year-old old Knight Jones, is with rapper Nas. And he’s THRILLED about being a big brother:

[Knight’s] really excited — like over the moon. He’s so excited, which is actually really cute.

While we originally added her to our Ovary Hustlin’ category this summer (when she performed at a NYC concert with a baby bump), Kelis shared that she “waited to start showing” before telling Knight the news “just so that he could actually understand.”
