Freddie Gray’s Mother Attempts Suicide

According to Baltimore’s WJZ, the mother of Freddie Gray has attempted suicide. Reportedly, multiple sources confirm that Gloria Darden, the mother of Freddie Gray, tried to take her own life late Wednesday night. The site reports:

The call came in around 9:35 p.m. Wednesday for a person needing medical attention in North Baltimore.

Sources tell WJZ that’s where Gloria Darden, the mother of Freddie Gray, attempted suicide and sustained superficial wounds.

Neighbors watched as first responders arrived on scene.

“I seen the police and ambulance right there. They were taking the lady out and putting her on the stretcher bed,” said Diana Bruce, North Baltimore.
