(EXCLUSIVE) Former NFL Star Deion Sanders Settles $1 Million Legal Battle
theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Deion Sanders has reached a settlement in the $1 million dollar legal battle in which he accused a company of ruining his Dallas penthouse by flooding his swimming pool, with the lawsuit being dismissed this week.
Sanders filed suit in Dallas County Court against WWPS, and it’s owners Kyle & Yvette Atkins ….in which he explained that he owns a penthouse in the luxury building Azure in Dallas.
He said that back in 2012, an employee of WWPS came to service his pool at the penthouse. Then two days later his realtor visited the home and noticed that the entire penthouse was flooded with water.
The former NFL star said that the employee who serviced his pool was negligent and the company “failed to exercise ordinary care and breached its duty of care to Plaintiffs by failing to train Defendants’ employees on how to properly service the swimming pool”, along with failing to use proper equipment to fill the swimming pool.
