(EXCLUSIVE) NFL Star DeMarco Murray Dragged into Divorce Battle w/ Ex-Teammate, Cheating Allegations Resurface

She lists the date of their marriage as July 19th 2014 and the day they separated as November 28th 2014, which is 2 days before Clay took to Twitter to accuse his wife and DeMarco of carrying on an text fling.

Gina claimed the marriage had become insupportable due to discord or conflict of personalities and there was no chance of them reconciling. She demanded Clay also pay her attorney fees. The divorce has been pending ever since, with Clay not having filed a response as of yet.

Then on November 11th, D’Agostini filed a motion for contempt accusing Clay of violating the courts orders while the divorce is pending. She says that on September 30th, Clay used vulgar and profane language when he text her and threatened to burn all her shoes after he had broken into her home. Further, he sent her a photo of all her shoes pilled up together. Clay also told her he was going to smash all the TV’s in her home.

However, the most interesting part of her motion is her description of what Brennan did on November 6th. She accused her estranged husband of sending threatening text messages to her.

She explains that Brennan said he was going to extort her using private messages and communications obtained off her computer after he broke into her home. According to the exhibits attached to the motion … the texts show that Clay text her,

it’s ok I still have all screen shots and records of you and Demarco lets go dig records up!!!!

D’Agostini is demanding the judge order Clay to be arrested by the local law enforcement and hauled into jail so he can explain his actions to the judge.
