She Said Yes: Mariah Carey Engaged to Boyfriend James Packer!

Mariah Carey is headed to the alter. On Thursday night, her billionaire boyfriend James Packer proposed and the megastar said yes, according to E! News. We hear James popped the question with a massive 35 carat engagement ring.

According to TMZ, the engagement took place in NYC, where James invited Mariah’s close friends for a private dinner at Eleven Madison Park, where he proposed. The pair have been dating for 10 months, with the Australian business man being the first public relationship that Mariah had, since splitting from ex, Nick Cannon.

This will be the third marriage for both. Mariah shares 4-year-old twins, son Moroccan Cannon and daughter Monroe Cannon, with Nick. James has three children: Indigo Packer, 7, Jackson Packer, 5 and Emmanuelle Packer, 3.
