‘Sh*t Happens’: Adele Speaks Out After Embarrassing Grammys Performance [VIDEO]

Adele has taken to Twitter explaining her lesser than grand performance Monday night at the Grammys. The soulful singer attempted to belt out her new hit song, All I Ask, but had some audio issues during her performance. Some also suggested that she was off key during parts of the song. After the show, Adele tweeted:

The piano mics fell on to the piano strings, that’s what the guitar sound was. It made it sound out of tune. Shit happens.
