Woman Who Allegedly Trespassed at Chris Brown Home, Wins Restraining Order

A judge has ruled that Chris Brown must say away from Danielle Patti. The judge issued a restraining order on her behalf. She says that the singer threatened her life and harassed her repeatedly online, TMZ reports.
The 27-year-old woman claims she and Chris once dated. She was reportedly collared Dec. 22 after allegedly driving inside the electric gate at Brown’s Woodland Hills mansion and refusing to budge, according to the New York Daily News.
But the woman — who says she was later cleared of all charges — alleges she was unable to leave the premises before Chris called the police because of a parked car blocking her own.
A hearing is scheduled for later this month. Chris has yet to comment.

As much as I am over this buffoon, how in the Sam hell does someone drive up on your property uninvited like “I know you got a sign up that says stay off your property, but I just want to know why the sign is up, so that’s why I came on your property”? How does one get a restraining order against YOU the homeowner? Mr. Brown’s problem is he needs to stay the hell away from ALL women. Every problem this dude runs into is either related to a woman, because of a woman, or about a woman.
