(EXCLUSIVE) Rapper Daz Dillinger Accuses Music Company of Stealing Dogg Pound Royalties!
theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Daz Dillinger (real name Delmar Drew Arnaud) is accusing a music company of screwing him out of over $75k, by refusing to pay him royalties he earned for Tha Dogg Pound music and now he is slapped them with a federal lawsuit demanding they pay up.
The rapper has filed suit against BMG Rights Management, accusing them of screwing him out of cold hard cash he is owed for his music.
Daz Dillinger explains he is a singer, songwriter and producer who gained notoriety as a member of Tha Dogg Pound under contract with Death Row Records.
BMG is responsible for administering Death Row’s catalog of music and records. He says they collect all income from royalties from Tha Dogg Pound music sales.
The music company has been paying Daz royalties since as early as 2011, but they have failed to make payments to him for the period ending in June 30th, 2015, September 30th 2015 and December 31st 2015. The amount they screwed him out of is in excess of $75k.
He is suing for the unpaid money they stole from him for royalty payments and is demanding damages for their unfair business practices.
