AJ Johnson Strips Nude, Embraces Flaws: real DOES exist!
AJ Johnson is fearless on her new cover for BFW Magazine. The actress, choreographer and wellness coach, who has starred on numerous supporting roles in films, including “House Party” and “Baby Boy”, has taken it all of literally. Sharing the cover on Instagram, she writes:
Because we live in a time where real, inside and out, is replaced by so much fake that I wanted you to know that real DOES exist. Because I wanted to be an example of accepting that I am fabulously flawed and need NO filters…. On how I think nor how I look.
Because my mosquito bite and chicken pox scars-baseball and gymnastic bruises left life long marks that are a part of what made me the woman I am today- to cover them would mean you cover me… I wear my scars with more pride than any designer clothes.
Because my tattoo represents my vine of growth-the rose I have become- the woman I blossom into with each valley – each challenge- each heartbreak and broken dream I survive.
Thank you #bfwmagazine for stepping outside the box and not putting me in one.
THIS is MY #nakedtruth
On stands and online now.

The only thing I don’t like about this cover is her face….why? She is a beautiful woman even without makeup…so why make yourself ugly with makeup? He facial expression killed (not in a good way/no slang) this cover.
WHOMEVER APPROVED THIS COVER REALLY, REALLY, REALLY DOESN’T LIKE HER OR WOMEN AT ALL. SHE LOOKS LIKE A TRANNY AND THE POSE WITH THE HARD FACE & HAIR LOOKS APE-ISH!!!! WOW THIS IS MESSED UP SO STOP WITH THE ‘SLAY AND FEARLESS’ BS!!!! SAD……..,JENNY JONES!!!
Yes she does look ape-ish here…any why though? I don’t understand…me nice and pretty like you really are. You didn’t have to apply make up and make this face to look like a tranny/ape.
At first sight I thought this was a tranny…sorry this cover makes her look really really bad.
Body awesome, face…looks like Carrot Top. Why, why, why???
What happen to this chick? She fell off Big Time…The Butch Life makes you look DEMONIC…#Truth…#Deal With It
Body is tight, but she dropped the ball with that face. She is to cute for this pose and the grimace.
AJ is a pretty woman but I do agree that this photo is not flattering at all. AJ, the make up is really bad and the hair cheap looking and just plain wrong. You are too attractive to be on a magazine cover looking this way. You should have professionals put you together for a photo shoot. You would look beautiful in a different pose, expression on your face and better hair. You have natural beauty and a gorgeous facial structure already, you only need to enhance what you already have, natural beauty!
