Chris Brown Pulls Out Receipts, Denies Trashing Ibiza Property (UPDATE)

Chris Brown is making headlines, AGAIN, and unfortunately, it’s not for anything positive. According to reports, he’s not a very good tenant. Allegedly, he’s been accused of trashing a home that he and friends were renting while in Ibiza. The story goes, either the singer or someone that was staying with the singer threw knives at the wall damaging them. The landlord, who filed a police reports, alleges that beds in the home had urine on them and there was also vomit throughout the property that had not been properly cleaned up.

Reportedly, Chris was ordered to vacate the property and wouldn’t leave, so the landlord called the police, who escorted him and his camp out. Long story short, the landlord wants $26k in rent, and around $60k for damages to the property. Chris nor his camp have yet to comment. Photos: Instagram
