Stevie J Files Restraining Order Against Joseline Hernandez Over Molestation Accusations

Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez are at it again! The Love & Hip Hop Atlanta reality star has taken legal action against his ex girlfriend/rumored wife. Earlier this month, the ‘Puerto Rican Princess’ took to social media claiming that he allegedly inappropriately touched his 6-year-old daughter Eva, whom he shares with Mimi Faust (also of LHHA). According to multiple reports, Stevie has filed for a temporary restraining order against Joseline.
Reportedly, Joseline, who is rumored to be pregnant by Stevie J, now has a temporary restraining order against her.
Earlier this month, Joseline called Stevie out, writing on Instagram:
You worship the devil not God should I tell them that too? You ae [sic] a devil in disguise! Should I tell them that. You fantasize about sleeping with your own daughters should I tell them that??? Should I take a detector test on that too?? Trust me and believe you will never see your kid. … Your weak you’re a kid your an abuser.
Joseline also tweeted Oprah, writing:
@Oprah let me come tell you my story. Sick men have to be put under the jail when there is Lil girls involve. Sick devil me should under [sic].

Mimi’s estranged niece also made similar claims against Stevie, claiming that Mimi knew about the alleged molestation. Mimi responded to this, stating that this was absolutely false. We’re told that Stevie plans to sue Joseline for her false allegations and claims.

Who would believe her anyway? She lied to Mimi about Stevie having children outside of the relationship, and admitted on air that she lied. This is not funny or entertaining when you start making such serious allegations. Joseline is tragic!
By the way, Stevie is getting what he deserves, because it was cool with him when she did this to other people. Oh how the tables turn!
Joseline has been fighting Steebie since they met. She seems very unstable and irrational, and I don’t know why he still messes with her. She needs to stop the madness and at least praise him for putting her on and giving her a career. Looks like she wants him to be locked up so she can shine? Nobody’s checking for Joseline anyway. Get a life!
