All celebrities and those in the spotlight need some time away from their adoring fans. Just ask Justin Bieber. Footage recently surfaced of the megastar trying to shop in a store, surrounded by a few admirers. Biebs was approached by one fan, but he wasn’t in the mood. See the footage.
Earlier this year, he made headlines for stating that he will no longer take photos with fans.
P.S. Is he obligated to take photos with his fans or does every star need a break away from the spotlight?

Maybe it’s time he bow out of the industry. You don’t “owe” anybody anything but the fact that you’re saying it makes you a jerk. You know the industry you chose, its understandable to not want to deal with folks all the time but a straight policy to not deal with people when you’re out and about? No sir. Deal with it.
