(EXCLUSIVE) Benzino Hit With Restraining Order + New Deets About Althea Heart’s Arrest!

theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, there’s more drama surrounding Althea Eaton (aka Althea ‘Thi Thi’ Heart) and the father of her child, Benzino (real name Raymond Scott). As previously reported, the former Love & Hip Hop Atlanta reality star was arrested and sentenced to to 10 days in a Georgia jail. And now, we have more information as to why she and Benzino were actually in court.

Althea filed a Petition for Temporary Protective Order against Benzino on June 24th in Georgia Court. She explained that between September 2015 – May 31st 2016, Benzino committed the following acts of family violence – including threatening her, preventing her from leaving or calling for help, holding her against her will and/or blocking her from leaving a room, preventing her from calling the police, stalking her, being violent in the presence of her children and threatening to take away their newborn son.

Since she moved into his home, he has been violent, aggressive, harassing, blackmailing, intimidating and abusive towards her.

According to Althea, on May 31st, the two were arguing over their relationship – and in the presence of their son – Benzino became irate, yelling, breaking things, intimidating and threatening her. Police were called to the scene and Benzino left before they arrived. Since the argument, Althea says he continues to show up at her home uninvited and calling, emailing and texting her non-stop.

She accuses Benzino of physically hurting her and on one occasion in Los Angeles he took their minor child and fled the scene and was gone overnight with no communication. She had to get police officers to retrieve her child from him.

She claims that back in 2015, Benzino continued to show up to places where she was and she didn’t understand how he knew her location, but later discovered that he had a tracker on her cell phone with GPS.

Althea says she fears that without a restraining order he will continue to stalk, harass and possibly hurt her.

Althea says that in the past 2 years, she claims Benzino has hit and slapped her, pushed her, threatened her and tried to hurt her.

Last year, the two welcomed a baby boy named Zino into the world. The joy was short lived and the couple battled it out on social media numerous times over the last couple months.

On July 19th, the judge granted Althea a 12 month protective order against Benzino which lasts from July 19th 2016 to July 19th 2017.  Benzino was ordered to stay 500 yards away from his finance and her newborn. Further, the order awarded Althea temporary custody of their son.

Benzino was ordered to complete a family violence intervention program and has to show proof of completion to the court by February. The judge ordered that Benzino can’t possess any firearms and the local sheriff will take possession of any weapons until the TRO expires next year.

So how did Althea get arrested? According to court docs, following the court hearing, Althea confronted Benzino despite the judge instructing her not to communicate with him. The judge then found Althea in contempt of court and ordered her to be locked up in a Georgia jail for 10 days for civil contempt. According to official records, the reality star was arrested immediately following the hearing on the 19th and has been in jail since.
